By placing an order with HLS Records you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

Availability Of Goods
HLS Records has an efficient stock system so as soon as a certain product becomes out of stock, you will no longer be able to buy the item.

All orders and special offers are subject to availability. We stock a huge amount of items and it is very difficult to keep every item in stock at all times. We are sometimes dependent on our own suppliers to deliver stock. We will always try to inform you if an item is not in stock at the time when you place your order.

Vinyl & Mix CD's
Old Skool UK Garage Vinyl will obviously not be brand new. Due to the nature of second hand records, some items may contain wear such as surface scratches or non-perfect sleeves, but every record is cleaned professionally and checked to make sure its plays perfectly. Speed Garage Vinyl's are a mixture of both new and second hand. As with UK Garage, the vinyls are all checked and professionally cleaned.

All DJ Mix CD's are 100% authentic and brand new. HLS Records do not sell copied CD's.

Prices
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Customers with outstanding orders will be notified of the changes before the order is charged and dispatched.

When shipping products to the UK, we use Royal Mail's 'Recorded Delivery' service (1st or 2nd Class). This is to ensure the item reaches its destination - it has to be signed for on delivery & we get proof of postage with an automatic receipt. The package is also insured for up to 30 pounds. Items sent 1st class recorded pretty much guarantees that you will receive your order the next working day.

When shipping items to the rest of the world, we use Royal Mail's 'International Signed For' service. This is to ensure the item reaches its destination in the safest way possible - it has to be signed for on delivery & we get stickers & proof of posting. The package will be sent out on the first available flight and is insured for up to 30 pounds.

Orders placed before 3pm (Monday - Saturday) will almost certainly be shipped the same day.

If your order is returned to us undelivered due to your own fault, you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

Returns / Refunds
We do not give refunds on Vinyl or Mix CD's unless they are faulty. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, an exchange will be sent out immediately after it returns to us. If we do not have the same item in stock, the customer will be given the option of a refund, credit note, or exchange for another item of the same value. HLS Records will not be responsible for the return postage.

General
We may refuse to take your orders if we feel you have given us false information. We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. We do not distribute customer details or e-mail addresses to third parties. Marketing e-mails are only sent to consenting mailing list subscribers and your details can be removed at any time. To unsubscribe from our mailing list, email info@hlsrecords.com quoting "REMOVE" in the title.
